Martin County

Martin County can be found along the eastern Treasure Coast region in Florida with a thriving community of 140,000 residents according to the U.S. 2010 census bureau. Cities and villages within the county are only a short drive away from numerous eastern Florida beaches. Many tourists and beach visitors are a common sight on Martin County highways. In addition, many citizens travel mainly via vehicle and commute to work daily.

All these factors mean that both freeways and roadways are constantly congested in Martin County. With such busy traffic it’s inevitable that law enforcement will be on high alert for people committing traffic violations. Many tourists and Martin County residents are ticketed and simply admit guilt because they don’t know what else to do. They are forced to face the stressful penalties and may even face the risk of a suspended license if enough points are on their license to warrant it.

To avoid the penalties, we suggest you visit an experienced traffic attorney. They can examine your case, gather evidence and contest your ticket for you.
